Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: What is Permanent Make-Up?
A: This process is a selective art form of traditional tattooing whereby the natural features of the face are enhanced and defined in the form of permanent eyebrows, eyeliner and/or lip liner and color. The results are beautiful, immediate and permanent! Each treatment is as unique as the individual receiving it.
Q: Is permanent makeup a safe procedure?
A: All procedures are only performed under sterile conditions. Only disposable needles are used. There are no long-term side effects; short-term effects may include some redness, swelling and tenderness.
Q: May I choose the color and shape?
A: Absolutely. In fact, nothing is done without your approval. First, we work with you to design the most attractive style and shape based on your facial features and personal preference. Then you choose your color.
Q: Is It Painful?
A: Topical gel-like anesthetics are applied to the area being worked upon which significantly block pain. Most patients report little or no discomfort.
Q: What's the recovery time?
A: Regular routines usually can be resumed immediately after the procedure. However, swimming or vigorous exercise should be avoided for a few days. Normal healing time is between 4 to 7 days.
