Custom Eyebrows

There is no set recipe for eyebrow shaping because every face is different from the other. That is why it is a truly customized service, designed to suit the individual features. The right shape can open up the face, bring out cheekbones, reframe the eyes and even brighten the whole look like a mini-face-lift.

Luxurious Lips

There is no secret that wearing dark colors makes you look slimmer (say hello to my favorite little black dress). The same idea applies to makeup: when you wear dark colored lipsticks, it makes your lips look smaller. Wear lighter colors, and they automatically look bigger.

Exquisite Eyeliner

You tailor your haircut to your face shape and your jeans style to your figure, but has your eye shape been influencing your eyeliner choices? If it hasn’t, you’re in for an eye-opener. With the right technique, you can make hooded eyes look bigger, downturned eyes look more awake, and so much more.

Permanent MakeUp FAQ

Permanent Make-Up is a non-surgical micro-procedure known as Micropigmentation. Tiny droplets of custom blended colors are skillfully deposited into the dermal layer of the skin to simulate natural looking or well-defined Make-Up. This process is a selective art form of traditional tattooing whereby the natural features of the face are enhanced and defined in the form of permanent eyebrows, eyeliner and/or lip liner and color. The results are beautiful, immediate and permanent! Each treatment is as unique as the individual receiving it.
I prefer to be on the conservative side when doing the initial procedure, too thin and too light is better; you will have 4 weeks to live with it before you come back for the finishing touch-up. This gives you time to make a decision on how much darker and thicker you want it. Then I can adjust the shape or color to make it darker and thicker it much easier to add to then take away.
Depends on the following:

• It depends on the color being used how long it will last. The lighter the color and the warmer the color tones are the more frequently a person needs a touch-up to boost up the color.
• If you tan the sun will fade it, remember to protect your investment.
• Eyebrows fade the fastest if not protect with sunscreen.
• Eyeliner last the longest because most people wear sunglasses to protect their eyes.
• Lips can last a long time if you’re using a lip moisturizer with sunscreen.
• Medications you’re taking, can also affect the fading of permanent make-up, such as thyroid medication, birth control and hormone replacement, any hormonal changes and medication will make the color fad more quickly.
• Some Skin care products you may use around the area of permanent make-up can make it fade faster, any product that’s for anti-aging usually will fad the permanent make-up. The key is to stay a half an inch form the area because products can migrate under the skin approximately 1/2 of an inch.

Everyone’s different the following is common examples:

• Eyebrows: In general most permanent make-up clients will come back every 2-3 years for a color touch-up. Again, depending on the color being used for your brows. Some clients come back between 1 ½ years to 2 years when using a lighter or warmer color such as browns.

• Eyeliner: if a person getting black eyeliner they may need a touch-up in 5-8 years. If you are getting brown eyeliner you may need a touch up in 3-4 years.

• Lips: 3-4 years is needed for a touch-up

Your scheduled appointment time will be around 1 hour, this give you time to fill out paperwork, choose a design and the color and will give time for the area to numb. Numbing can take 5-10 minutes.

The actual time it takes for the following procedures:

• Eyebrows 10 – 12 minutes per eyebrow
• Upper & Lower eyeliner 10 -12 minutes each eye. The time depends on the thickness.
• Upper eyeliner 8 -10 minutes per eye.
• Lower eyeliner 2 – 5 minutes per eye
• Lip Liner 30 mins
• Full Lips 45 to 60 minutes depending on design and fullness of your own lips.

It doesn’t have to, if the color is straight black it will turn blue.
No, You will look how you want to look. Each individual has their own preferences of what they like. If you ask any person that has permanent make-up if they like it, 99% of the time the person will say they love it! But you look at them and you don’t like how it looks on them, well that’s your opinion. Do we like how everyone wears their hair and how they dress? I sure your answer is no. If you want your brows to look more natural, then that’s what you’ll get.
I do not do the permanent procedure until your 100% satisfied with the design of the brows, we will work on together. I draw on the brows free hand with a black pencil and we can change to design as many times as you need before anything is done permanently. Once you are completely happy with the design the pencil stays on and the numbing ointment is applied over the drawling. The pencil will stay on until after I do my first pass so we don’t lose the design.
No, it’s best to keep the hair you have to make them look as natural as possible. You may have seen people you know with permanent eyebrows that do not have hair, it because they probably don’t have any hair. Then you have the person that just likes to shave them because the hairs are unmanageable. Some pull out the grey hairs and that leaves them with very sparse brows. If you have grey hair they can be colored and that should last 4-6 weeks.
All procedures are only performed under sterile conditions. Only disposable needles are used. There are no long-term side effects; short-term effects may include some redness, swelling and tenderness.
Absolutely. In fact, nothing is done without your approval. First, we work with you to design the most attractive style and shape based on your facial features and personal preference. Then you choose your color.
Regular routines usually can be resumed immediately after the procedure. However, swimming or vigorous exercise should be avoided for a few days. Normal healing time is between 4 to 7 days.
Topical gel-like anesthetics are applied to the area being worked upon which significantly block pain. Most patients report little or no discomfort.
